Before registering for QFS Ledger, please review the following essential terms to ensure a secure and informed experience:

   Clients must provide truthful and accurate personal details during registration and keep their information up to date at all times.
2. Data Privacy
   We collect and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Clients should understand how their data is stored, shared, and protected.
3. Account Security
   You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, private keys, and any backup information. Do not share this information with anyone.
4. Backup Responsibility
   While QFS Ledger supports secure storage, clients are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups to protect against hardware failures, cyber threats, or accidental data loss.
5. Use of Services
   All services must be used responsibly and legally. Any misuse or activities that may harm the platform or violate regulations are strictly prohibited.
6. Fees
   Be aware that certain services or transactions may incur fees. Please review the fee structure where applicable.
7. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for staying informed of such updates.
8. Dispute Resolution

11. Backup Assurance
    Although the platform supports secure data handling, final responsibility for data backup lies with the client.

Important: Once your purchase is complete, your asset will automatically be added to your QFS Ledger. You will then need to apply for your QFS Debit Card, which you will use to withdraw funds in the future.
